To cancel, head to your Account page on a computer or mobile browser. Select Cancel under Your Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also give us a call. Once you're done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this email for your records.
After you’ve canceled, the subscription status on your Account page should read: "Your subscription is about to cancel." You’ll continue to have access to Hulu until the end of your current billing cycle, but will not be charged moving forward.
