QWhat is the process for returning the wrong/damaged products?
We only replace wrong product and the products that are defective or damaged. To do so you need to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our Customer Care number 011-41609388 in case you wish to replace your product.
Please report within 48 hours of receiving the orders. You will have to send the items back to us through courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the right products to you as per your initial order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
QMy order is shown to be shipped through multiple shipments. Why is that?
Yes, it is possible and is perfectly normal. We may store different products in your order at our different location and may ship these through different shipments. You will be advised through email as various products in your order are shipped.
QHow much time does it take to receive an order?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can.We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 5-7 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch.However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
Due to COVID-19 precautionary measures undertaken, order will dispatch in 48 -72 hours and might get delay by 7-10 days. We regret for this inconvenience.
