Q Biotique - Advanced Ayurveda Return & Refund

• Biotique Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.

• Biotique Online can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.

• Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.

• For safety reasons, we are not accepting any returns and cancellations as its prepaid order.

• Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.

• Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Biotique Team.

• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.

• Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 21 working days.

• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide Store Credit Coupon Code (of the same value) against the same.

• Coupons are not valid on discounted products.

• You cannot club any 2 coupons on same order.

• Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

• All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
• Sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Has missing parts or accessories
• Product packaging not opened, product not used.
