• Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
• Tap Sign Out
• Then enter the phone number or email associated with the account you wish to access
• Follow the prompts

• Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen
• Select Personal
• Add any missing email addresses or phone numbers

• Tap the Cash Card tab
• Tap the image of your Cash Card
• Select Problem With Card
• Follow the steps

We unfortunately do not have the ability of pulling your deposit back once it has been sent.

If after 3 business days your deposit has not arrived, please tap Contact Support below.

The recipient can also refund your payment. Ask them to:

• Tap the Activity tab on their Cash App home screen
• Select the payment in question
• Tap . . .
• Select Refund
• Press OK

Finally, you can use the Request button on your Cash App home screen to ask for the funds back.

<• In general, if something sounds too good to be true (like free money in exchange for a small payment), it’s a scam.
• Only reply to emails from people and organizations that you know and trust. Cash emails will come from @square.com, @squareup.com, or @cash.app.

• Cash App Support will never ask you to provide your sign-in code, PIN, Social Security Number (SSN), and will never require you to send a payment, make a purchase, download any application for “remote access,” or complete a "test" transaction of any kind.
