Parcel not Delivered, but showing it delivered

I have ordered a product from Meesho, it was to be delivered on 23 august 2020, but it was not delivered to me, although in the tracking id they show they have delivered the product. I have called the courier guy many times, but that was the wrong number. I was not able to contact that guy. After that i have called so many times on the ecom express customer service center, they said they will reply within 2 hours, I have got no reply. It was a prepaid order. They are giving a 3rd class service, they are just looting money or product. I have complaint so many times, still I am not able to get my product details. They are not delivering my product. This company should be Ban for froad that they done with me. How can they do this. Is there any body, who can tell me, from where I will got my product?? Where should I complaint for my order. Please Reply @

I don’t know to whom i complaint ecom express or the courier man. Very worst experience i faced. In the morning they called me that time it was switched off. They didn’t contact my alternate number. The number which the courier boy called switched off. But i received the message to my another alternate number and i called again to courier boy. He told that i was not pickup the call so while returning time he will deliver the parcel. Nearly 4 times i called. He said evening I’ll deliver. But in the status he is mentioning that the customer not attend the call.

In E Com Tracking 8639407038 , I did not refuse to accept but the status is showing “refuse to accept ” whereas we all are at home from 10th to 19th August 2020; and the delivery date shows on 15th August.
