Q Why was my order cancelled?

Fynd delivers your order from brand stores near you. Although we aim for 100% fulfilment, sometimes products go ‘Out of Stock’ in the store forcing us to cancel your order.

Q Can I reuse a coupon if my order was cancelled?

If the coupon you used was a one time use coupon, you will not be able to use it again, however if it is a multi use coupon, you can use it as many times as you want.

Q How do I return a product on Fynd?

To return a product go to My Orders section. Once you are in the My Orders section, you have the option to return individual products in your order.

However we do not allow returns on inner wear and accessories for hygiene reasons.

Q Why is my refund not done yet?

Refunds usually take 7 - 12 working days to process. You will be intimated of any delays in the refund process through our app/website and emails. However if you think your refund is delayed beyond 12 working days without any intimation from our side, please email us regarding the same.

Q Why am I not able to use all of Refer & Earn amount?

In order to avoid misuse of the Refer & Earn programme by malicious users, the percentage of Refer & Earn amount that can be redeemed in an order is revised every now and then by Fynd.


In addition to this, Refer & Earn amount can not be used along with cashback or coupons.

Q How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. Once you open the page, you can get details regarding the order status of individual products in your order. We keep the status information of your order updated every few hours and also notify you in case of delays.

Q My expected delivery date is past. Where is my product?

You can check the status of your order in the My Orders section. We constantly update the status of your order and notify you via the app, email or SMS in case of late deliveries. If you haven’t received any communication from us regarding a late order for more than 48 hours, feel free to raise a ticket through the app/website or mail us at care@gofynd.com

Q Why is there a delay in delivery?

Although we strive for 100% on time delivery, delays happen sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances at our delivery team’s end. Q Can I get my order faster?

Unfortunately, the delivery dates mentioned in the app/website are the fastest we can deliver a particular order.

Q How can I check if Fynd delivers to my pincode?

There are two ways to check this

In the product details page, there is an option to check whether a product can be delivered to your pincode.

During checkout, when you enter your address we do another check regarding whether the order can be delivered to your pincode.

Q What is Fynd’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been picked up from the store by our delivery executive. We don’t charge any cancellation fee.

Q Why was my order cancelled?

Although we strive to deliver each order we receive, we might be forced to cancel certain orders because of the following reasons



The product is rejected during pick up by our executive due to quality issues and a fresh product is not readily available at any of the brand stores

The product is Out of Stock and not available at any brand store in your city

Our delivery partners are unable to deliver the product to your desired delivery location due to some unavoidable circumstance

Q I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

Once you cancel an order, your refund will be processed in 7 - 12 working days depending on the payment mode you chose.

FIRST20 is a one time use coupon and can be reused only if all the products in the order are cancelled.

Q What is Fynd’s refund policy?

If an order gets cancelled, we issue a full refund to the payment mode you used to pay for the order within 7 - 12 working days.



In case of returns we will issue a refund after deducting the delivery charge (if any). Refund will be initiated only after your returned product has been received at the store and will take a further 7 - 12 working days depending on the payment mode you chose.

Q What is Fynd Cash?

Fynd Cash is our promotional cash which can be used to purchase products on Fynd. Fynd Cash can be earned by participating in various promotional activities such as cashback offers, refer & earn programme etc.

Q What is Fynd Refer & Earn?

Fynd Refer & Earn allows you to earn up to Rs. 20,000 ( which is subject to change) by simply referring your friends to join Fynd. For every friend who joins Fynd with your referral code you get Rs. 100 and a further Rs. 100 when your friend makes a successful purchase on Fynd. Earn additional Rs.100 every time your friend makes a purchase. Minimum purchase value should be Rs. 1000



The applicable referral amounts are updated every now and then and Fynd reserves the right to withdraw the Refer & Earn programme altogether at any time.
