Q Does IndiaMART take responsibility for any fraudulent nature of suppliers?

IndiaMART is an online marketplace which brings together buyers and suppliers. It does not participate in the negotiations and transactions that take place between buyers and suppliers.

IndiaMART, therefore, is not accountable for the fraudulent nature of suppliers/ buyers.
However, in case there is a complaint against a supplier, IndiaMART conducts a proper check and takes appropriate action.
Additionally, we recommend buyers to source products only from verified sellers, preferably with TrustSEAL.

Q How do I post a Buying Requirement?

Log into my.indiamart.com

Enter product name and specifications of the product you wish to buy.

Q How does a buyer provide feedback/rating to a seller listed on IndiaMART?

A buyer can provide his feedback to IndiaMART through responding on the feedback emails.

Buyers can share seller feedback as well as their feedback about overall IndiaMART experience through these emails, by clicking on the corresponding mode of completion.

Q How do I Add products in my IndiaMART catalog?

Log into seller.indiamart.com

Go to Manage products tab and click on Add Products.

Add product details- product name, image, description, product group, etc. and click on ‘Save’.

Star service is a premium listing service by IndiaMART which gives you priority listing in your chosen category-city combinations. With this service, experience increased leads, enquiries and the opportunity to get more business.

Q What is a BuyLead?

BuyLead is the purchase requirement sent by prospective buyers for products and services, which is filtered by IndiaMART and shared with the suppliers dealing in those products/services.

• The BuyLead alerts are sent to relevant suppliers via email, SMS and app notification
• Suppliers then consume the relevant BuyLeads

By consuming a BuyLead, supplier gets access to buyer’s contact details.

The flow for the SBI option is entirely similar to that of the other options.
For instance, go to an invoice, enter an amount > 3000, select the EMI on CC option, check the SBI button, enter card details & proceed, verify your OTP, and the transaction is done.

Q EMI on Axis Bank Debit Card option launched on Paywith IndiaMART

Story so far
In our endeavour to provide our users with more credit-based options, we are going live with EMI option for our Axis Bank Debit Card users. Currently, we are providing EMI options only to our Credit Cardholders and to those who have an account with Zest Money.

What have we done now?
We have provided for our debit cardholders to avail credit through EMI option on Pay with IndiaMART, the minimum amount to proceed with this transaction is Rs. 5000. Once a customer successfully transacts on Pay with IndiaMART, his overdraft limit is deducted by the transaction amount and he has to pay this back to the bank in monthly installments.

Go to any invoice-> enter the amount and the purpose-> select the EMI on Debit Card Option-> read the note (to activate EMI on your debit card)->select tenure-> proceed.
