Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.
You can also sign up for text alerts about your package. You'll know when your package ships, when it's about to be delivered, and when it's been delivered.
QHow to cancel or change Kohl's order?
While we may not be able to make every change to your recent order, you can simply cancel your order within approximately 15 minutes* of the time you placed it and create a new order with all of the changes you need to make. If there are any other errors such as an incorrect address, editing the order items or adding a promotion code, these cannot be done once the order has been placed. We can make some adjustments if applicable by contacting our Customer Service team once the order is delivered.
*The 15-minute grace period doesn't apply to orders with Buy Online, Free Store Pickup; Free Ship to Store; Same Day Delivery; or Free Drive Up orders.
