Q What if I am charged more than the actual price of my prescription drugs?

Prices may fluctuate and in the event that the price of the drug you have purchased is less than the purchase price paid, the difference will be placed in your Netmeds "e-wallet", a store-credit account that you can use against future purchases.

Q What happens if I don’t receive my order?

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at 72007-12345 and we will re-ship the order to you at no extra cost.

More often than not, our deliverables reach our customers on time. Only on rare occasions, it may take a bit longer time for packages to get delivered. Please note that if we are unable to re-ship your order successfully, we will refund your payment.
