Can I get medicines delivered in emergency situations?
PharmEasy tries to deliver medicines on the same day, subject to medicine availability and the delivery pin-code. Please note that the estimated date of delivery for courier orders will vary based on the delivery location and cannot be expedited to be delivered the same day.

No, PharmEasy is an online healthcare and medicine delivery platform. We connect you to your local pharmacy or registered medicine vendor for the services you have opted for.
What is your standard delivery time?
We generally deliver orders within 1-7 business days depending on your address. Check for the estimated delivery date when you place the order.

What is the shelf life of medicines being provided?
We ensure that the shelf life of the medicines being supplied by our partner retailers is, at least, a minimum of 3 months from the date of delivery.
Why was a doctor consultation arranged for my order?
Most of the medicines that you order for, on the PharmEasy App / Website, require a valid prescription.
We link / connect you to a partnered Doctor if you do not have a prescription or if the attached prescription is invalid.
A valid prescription will have the following details in place -
Date of Prescription
Duration / Dosage of medicines
Doctor's Signature / Stamp
Doctor's registration number

How does PharmEasy's return policy work?
PharmEasy offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, each item purchased will have a returnable window which can vary anywhere between 0 to 30 days, post its delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order, once delivered.
The items shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances:
If the item has been opened, partially used or disfigured. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
If the item is a consumable item.
If the item’s / packaging/ box/ seal has been tampered with; Do not accept the delivery if the package appears to be tampered.
If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the item is non-returnable
If the return window for any or all items in an order has expired.
Any accessories supplied with the item(s) are missing.
If the item does not have the original serial number / UPC number / barcode affixed, which was present at the time of delivery.
Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
If the item is damaged due to visible misuse.
Items related to baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices and sexual wellness such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, etc.
What is a medicine refill and why should I subscribe for it?
If you require medicines or medicinal products(s) for a prolonged duration, our ‘Refill’ feature is made for you! With Refills, you need not keep a track of ordering the item/ product(s) you need, time and again. Just place an order and let us know the time-intervals of your medicinal or product requirements. We will fulfill it.
How do I check my PE Wallet balance?
To check your PharmEasy wallet balance, go to the accounts section and click on the Wallet section to see the balance amount.
What is PharmEasy Wallet?
This is a virtual wallet to store PharmEasy Cash. Each cash unit is equivalent to Re.1. It can be redeemed / adjusted against any products or services purchased through PharmEasy and is not transferable.
How can I redeem my PharmEasy money?
If you have any money in your PharmEasy wallet, it will be automatically deducted from your next order amount and you will only have to pay for the balance amount (if any).
How do I check for any ongoing offers?
You can check the list of "Active Offers" on the home screen under the ‘Offers’ section. Also, we send customized offers to specific customers through email/SMS.
How can I modify the Tests or Appointment time in my diagnostics order?
You can modify the tests, or the package ordered in the App anytime until the sample is collected, by calling us or by informing the phlebotomist at the time of collection.
If your appointment time is close, you may modify the visit timings by calling / discussing the changes with the assigned Phlebotomist. Else, click below to reach out to us and we will try to resolve this immediately.
