Policies which can be purchased online are Motor (Two-wheeler & Private car)/Health/Personal Accident/Overseas Mediclaim/Householder/Shopkeeper
Policies which can be renewed online are Motor policy (Two-wheeler & Private car)/Health Individual, Family medicare, Top-up, Super Top-up/Vijaya
Policy can be renewed 30 days before the expiry date of policy till the date of expiry. For e.g., if
policy expiry date is 30 april then the policy can be renewed between 01 april to 30 april
(midnight).
Policy should not be having any previous claim.
Vehicle should not be more than Five years old (applicable for Package policies only, not
applicable in case of Liability only/Third-party only policy)
Some critical data might not have been entered in the original policy.

For renewed policies, the existing TPA will be retained
Yes, you can cancel policies which are originally purchased online (i.e. policy number starts with 311100/011100).
