Do I need to have a Zoro account to have a price quoted?
Yes, you need to register a Zoro account before a quote can be created. If you do not yet have an account, you can register at Zoro.com or by contacting customer service at (855) 289‑9676.
What if I need to make changes to a quote?
You cannot edit a quote that has already been created. However, we can create a new quote for you that reflects your changes. Please contact customer service for more information at (855) 289‑9676.
What are my payment options for Zoro orders?
For your convenience, Zoro accepts payment via cash, business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
What are Net 30 terms?
Net 30 terms offer Zoro's qualified business customers the flexibility to pay by check, wire, or credit card up to 30 days after a product ships. Unlike a credit card company, Zoro charges zero interest, no annual fees, and no late fees to qualified customers. See below for more information on signing up for Net 30 payment.
Business customers will be notified when payment is due with an invoice emailed to the contact stored in their account. Please note that Zoro does not send Net 30 invoices via the United States Postal Service ('snail mail'). If you would like to receive a monthly account statement via email, please submit a request through Zoro Credit Services.
What is Zoro's shipping policy?
Zoro orders totaling $50.00 or more (before tax) ship free with standard ground delivery to the contiguous United States. For orders under $50.00, Zoro charges a $5.00 shipping and handling fee for standard ground shipping to one address within the contiguous United States.
To qualify for expedited shipping, Zoro must receive your order before 3pm CT, Monday through Friday. Zoro does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs. and may not contain any hazardous materials. Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For items that ship directly from the manufacturer, please refer to the item page on Zoro.com for shipping lead times, which may vary for these items. Expedited shipping is not available for third-party items.

Do you consolidate shipments or ship each line on an order individually?
For, your convenience, we always aim to consolidate our shipments as much as possible. However, some items may ship from more than one warehouse or vendor and cannot be completely consolidated. What is Zoro's return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged), with some exceptions. See our full returns policy for more detailed information and instructions.
